1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services offered by Allex Institute Private Limited (“Allex”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”) through its platform (“Platform”). By clicking “I Agree” or “I Accept,” using the Platform, or availing of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Services

Allex offers a range of educational services, including courses for JEE (Main+Advanced), NEET, CUET, NDA And Board for students in classes VI to XII and XII passed.

3. User Accounts

To access the full range of services, you must create a user account and become a subscribed user (“Subscribed User”).

• • Free Users: By default, you are enrolled in the free plan with limited access to content.

• • Subscribed Users: You can purchase a subscription to access the full range of services.

4. Payment Terms

Payments  subject to Allex’s payment terms, which will be displayed during the payment process. The current payment options are available on the Platform.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Study Materials

The study materials provided on the Platform, including videos, question banks, test series, notes, and other learning materials, are offered “as is.” We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. The content is subject to change without prior notice. We do not claim any guaranteed results from using the Platform.

6. System Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements to access the Platform. We recommend specific operating systems, browsers, and internet speeds for optimal performance.

7. Technical Support and Access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the payment. The level of technical support offered to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by internet issues, firewall restrictions, browser updates, DRM protocols, or not meeting minimum system requirements.

8. Disclaimer

Allex is not liable for any interference, viruses, hacking, or network/internet issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Platform content or your ability to access it. You expressly release Allex from any liability arising from your use of the Platform. We will not be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your fee. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Data Protection

We will process your information according to our Privacy Policy, which you agree to.

11. Allex No Sharing Fair Usage Policy

Sharing your account credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. We track access to identify unauthorized use. Violations are considered a breach of these Terms and may lead to legal action.

12. User Generated Content

You agree not to use the Platform to upload, share, or store content that is:

• • Illegal or violates any applicable law.

• • Infringes on intellectual property rights or other rights of others.

• • Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise harmful.

• • Impersonates another person.

• • Contains malware or disrupts the Platform’s functionality.

• • Threatens national security or public order.

13. Termination or Suspension of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account for suspected illegal activity or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• • This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted here under, may not be transferred or assigned by You, but may be assigned by Company without restriction.
  • Each provision in these Terms of Use shall be construed separately as between the User and Us. If any part of these Terms of Use is held to be unreasonable, inapplicable, or unenforceable, but would be valid if some part thereof was deleted, such provision shall apply but with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective.
  • These Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy, Payment Terms as well as subscription details such as pricing tables and any other legal notices and disclaimers published by ALLEX on the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between User and Us concerning the Platform and governs your use of the Service and use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between User and Us with respect to the subject matter covered in these Terms of Use.
  • Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any matters arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
